The remaining balance is due 90 and 30 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, cash, and even gold bars (if you have any). Fill out the inquiry form on our website to check availability and get more information on booking.
What is included in your wedding day coverage?
Bride and groom getting ready, ceremony, portraits and family formals, reception, dance, party—the entire experience. Our aim is to narrate the story of your day in the most stunning and imaginative manner. Furthermore, you’ll receive a comprehensive client gallery where you can view your photos, compile your favorite collections, share them with loved ones, and purchase prints, albums, and more directly. Expect to receive beautifully edited, high-resolution digital files that can be downloaded from the client gallery.
Is travel cost included in your coverage?
Absolutely, travel is included in all weddings within the US and Europe, as these are our home locations and we want to make the process as convenient as possible for our clients. However, we also enjoy shooting weddings worldwide, and for each wedding, we tailor our quote to fit the specific location, size of the team, and number of shooting days. The travel expenses will be included in your chosen package and we will take care of all travel arrangements unless otherwise stated. Currently, we are offering special pricing for weddings in Europe, so don’t hesitate to inquire about it.
How would you define your style of photography?
Creative storytellers, our goal is to artfully record and present the authentic story of your day. We do that by unobtrusively capturing candid moments as they happen, without much direction or intervening. This inconspicuous approach helps us capture the natural magic of your day, revealing the true essence and character of yourselves, your guests and your experience. When the time is right, we will also take a more active role in offering direction, making you shine brighter than ever by posing you in flattering, natural ways that don’t look or feel posed and contrived. We’re constantly looking for unique and creative perspectives, often going to extraordinary lengths in pursuit of a killer shot. The end results are timeless—creative and photojournalistic moments.
How many photographers will be covering my wedding?
Depending on the type and size of your wedding we may bring an assistant photographer along. The second photographer’s role is to compliment the lead photographers work and to capture alternative perspectives of situations where several things are happening at the same time and/or at separate locations—a bride and groom getting ready simultaneously, different angles for a ceremony and reception, speeches and reactions and definitely Indian weddings. My assistant will also coordinate logistics, first looks and family groupings.
When will we receive our images and approximately how many?
The best things in life come to those who wait. Our creative commitment to you extends well beyond your wedding day. It generally takes us about 2 to 4 weeks to hand-edit and artistically master your images. We than upload them to your personal online gallery and email you an invite. Depending on the nature of your celebration, our couples usually receive anywhere between 500-800 for a wedding and 1200-1600 for a multi-day Indian wedding.
Can we have the raw and unedited files?
Raw files alone won’t do you much good without the proper editing skills and software. That’s why we carefully select and present you with impeccably refined wedding photos. You can trust that we won’t miss any important moments, subjects, or group shots. Our editing style should be a significant factor in your decision to hire us, as we take great pride in delivering beautifully edited final images.
What is the album design process?
The wedding albums we offer are top of the line, custom designed and hand crafted—ranging from contemporary, to fine art, to avant-garde. These albums are customizable to your personal style with many color, size and style options. We will pre-design your album and present it to you in your online gallery, once we receive a final design approval, we will retouch the images and send it to print. An album can be produced and shipped within 4-7 weeks with your active participation and feedback. In addition to wedding albums we also offer engagement signing books and parents or grand-parents books.
What other photography services do you offer?
Aside from capturing weddings and engagements, we provide a variety of other photography services including corporate events, commercial photography, real estate and interior shoots, executive headshots, family portraits, day after sessions, and holiday portraits. Our offerings also include post-production services like album design, custom printing, framed prints, and expert photo retouching.
What is the purpose of an engagement session?
An engagement session is a photo shoot that is typically done before a couple’s wedding. Its main purpose is to capture the love and affection between the couple, and to provide them with a set of beautiful, intimate portraits that they can use to announce their engagement, or to decorate their home, or use as part of their wedding preparations. These sessions also allow the couple to get comfortable in front of the camera, and with their photographer, before the big day. An engagement session is a great opportunity for the couple to showcase their personalities, interests, and style, and to create lasting memories that they can treasure for years to come.
In addition to photography, do you also offer video?
We absolutly excel in top-notch still photography and hold firm in the belief that greatness requires hard work and commitment. As a result, we don’t have an in-house videographer, but we have collaborated with many skilled cinematographers over the years and are happy to offer recommendations.
